Nutrition is My Career, But I’m a Detective at Heart

I’ve always been fascinated with how the human body works, and the signs it gives you, like acne, constipation, weight gain, or migraines, when something’s out of sync. I love the challenge of figuring out what’s off balance, and tweaking different aspects of your diet and lifestyle to bring things back into harmony. As a functional holistic nutritionist, I combine my passion for food as medicine, with my investigative and problem solving skills.

It all started with my own diagnosis of PCOS 25 years ago. I struggled with hormonal imbalances and symptoms like acne, difficulty losing weight, infertility, and hair growing in places other than my head! I became even more passionate about integrative nutrition when I refused to accept a lack of answers to my daughter’s digestive problems.

I discovered functional medicine lab tests can dig deeper to find imbalances in your body. I also came to appreciate what powerful treatments, diet and lifestyle changes can be, once you know how to use them to address the root causes of your symptoms.

If you’ve been struggling with hormonal or digestive symptoms and can’t find a solution — let me help. Nothing makes me happier than providing my clients with answers and the right tools, so they can change their lives beyond belief.

Things That Bring Me Total Joy

Testimonials

Kind Words From Program Graduates

I initially reached out to Beth because she is specialized in gut chronic conditions and after struggling for years and not making progress with doctors, I decided to try a new approach through a nutritionist. Ever since we have been working together, my life has drastically changed in just 4 months. A lot of my symptoms have gone away and other significantly subsidized. I learned more about my own body and what it needs as well as improved my relationship with food and my anxiety about eating out. Beth is attentive, responsive and works with you for what is best for you. This is the best decision I have ever made for my body and I am excited to continue this nutritional journey with her.
